Job Summary

Lead the store by operating as the primary face, voice, and pace of operations while managing labor to match business needs and stay on budget. Coach and develop a high-performing team through real-time feedback, celebrate wins, and ensure every customer leaves happy. Drive sales by modeling behaviors on the floor, maintaining sharp zone standards, and pivoting quickly when the day throws curveballs. Balance freight flow, operational compliance, and team retention to deliver results measured by sales, labor, and TruRating feedback. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays while lifting up to 25lbs and moving merchandise across the sales floor.

Required Qualifications

5–10+ years of leadership experience where you've led teams and delivered results
Minimum 3 years of management experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
