Store Manager (m/w/d)

Manage the Samsonite Outlet Montabaur store by overseeing sales of high-end collections, providing expert consultation to national and international customers, and driving revenue targets through strategic initiatives. Lead and develop store staff, coordinate personnel scheduling, and ensure strict adherence to operational policies and visual merchandising standards. Handle cash responsibility, monitor inventory systems, and maintain close feedback loops with the Retail Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. Work full-time (38.5 hours/week) starting immediately.
