Manage the entire store operation and ensure smooth daily processes while leading, scheduling, and motivating the team. Guarantee compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards, oversee inventory ordering and receiving, and actively participate in front-of-house duties including guest consultation, cash handling, and service.
