Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to consistently exceed sales and service goals while recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Act as a Frette Brand Ambassador, modeling elevated selling and storytelling around heritage and craftsmanship to build a loyal client base through CRM and personalized service. Drive store profitability through strong KPI management, oversee all aspects of operations including scheduling, reporting, and financial performance, and ensure execution of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards. Manage inventory, stock flow, loss prevention, and partnerships with interior designers and hospitality partners to grow brand presence. Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Requires several years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools, clienteling, and relationship-driven selling
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 40 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Ability to move throughout the boutique, stockroom, and offsite locations as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
