Job Summary
Create action plans using statistical data and market knowledge to achieve financial, customer-service, and operational goals. Manage all store aspects including hiring, training, and retaining top talent while maximizing sales through product expertise and customer engagement. Oversee store standards for merchandising and operations, control expenses like payroll, and schedule employees to strengths when assisting with floor sets or POS transactions. Provide leadership and feedback to develop team members, maintaining store standards and profitability. Model values of respect, integrity, and inclusivity while adapting to change and managing competing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
- May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings
