Job Summary
Store Manager leading a high-energy Scooter’s Coffee location. You’ll hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of baristas; manage scheduling, daily operations, and store standards; ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and quality; handle managerial tasks and reporting; embody Scooter’s Coffee values (Integrity, Love, Courage, Humility) and inspire a customer-focused culture. This role includes hands-on leadership training and opportunities for professional growth, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences and running the store smoothly. 35+ hours per week, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
