Store Manager for Scooter’s Coffee leading a high-energy, customer-focused store. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a team of baristas; managing scheduling, daily operations, and store standards; ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and quality; handling managerial tasks and reporting; and embodying Scooter’s Coffee core values. Role involves 35+ hours per week with some nights, weekends, and holidays. Franchised employment with the franchisee as employer.
