Job Summary
Lead the store team as an inspirational role model, driving KPI achievement and delivering excellent customer service. Accountable for defining action plans to meet location performance targets, coaching staff development, and executing recruiting and succession planning. Maintain a customer-centric mindset to build loyalty, ensure policy adherence, and monitor competitor and local market trends for the Area Manager. Apply flexible leadership to motivate the team within the fashion retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead, motivate, train and develop the team through active management
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
- Experience in networking & building relationships
