Store Manager (Live on Site)

Oversee daily operations of one or more self-storage locations by ensuring high cleanliness standards, maintaining financial accuracy through effective reporting, and delivering operational excellence. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process to maximize unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Perform daily site safety inspections, handle cash transactions and bank deposits, and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. Work between multiple stores in the district during day shifts only, with office hours closing at 6pm. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
