Job Summary
Manage day-to-day liquor store operations at the new Fargo location, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer service. Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff while forecasting staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage. Supervise employees, enforce safety policies, and maintain brand image standards through clean, stocked, and organized daily procedures. Monitor cash management, inventory control, and waste, adjusting operations to stay within corporate budget and control expenses. Implement monthly promotions, complete daily paperwork, and communicate merchandising or equipment issues. Requires 4+ years of retail management experience. Start August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
