Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop all store employees while overseeing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management. Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflows, a safe environment, and compliance with provincial alcohol regulations. Handle customer service, including ID verification and concern resolution, while managing financials, inventory, and loss prevention. Minimum 3-year retail and supervisory experience required, along with ProServe certification. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-year experience in retail environment
- Minimum 3-year experience in supervisory or management role
- ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
- Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
