Job Summary
Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, track daily performance against sales goals, and execute floor changes and promotional events. Manage the full hiring cycle for subordinate positions, conduct training for new and current staff, and lead performance management processes. Supervise store opening and closing procedures while proactively resolving consumer concerns and delegating tasks to ensure all operational requirements are met. Partner with district leadership on elevated consumer issues and drive team growth to maximize store performance.
