Job Summary
As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be responsible for managing store operations and team, ensuring a seamless consumer experience, and driving the store's profit targets. Key responsibilities include motivating and mentoring store staff, implementing visual merchandising standards, monitoring performance against KPIs, and managing inventory effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management, a passion for the brand, and at least 3 years of experience in a fashion retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a Salesperson for a Fashion Retailer or lifestyle brand
- At least 2 years of store management experience and demonstrated capabilities in successfully achieving retail KPIs
- Managing store operations and controlling costs within a fast-paced retail environment
