Job Summary
Lead Southampton store for Levi Strauss & Co., responsible for achieving store profitability, managing and developing the store team, controlling costs and store operations (stock, payroll, admin, and rota management), monitoring KPIs, analyzing commercial data, delivering exceptional customer service, and recruiting/training staff with a passion for denim. Drive product knowledge, HR policy adherence, and performance reporting to the District Manager to optimize sell-out and brand execution.
Required Qualifications
- Managerial experience in retail
- Track record of developing teams
- Experience driving KPIs and controlling costs in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good understanding of HR policies and processes
