Job Summary
Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and flex store business strategies and initiatives across all categories. Track store performance to meet or exceed established sales and performance goals daily while managing training for new hires and current employees. Recruit and make hiring, pay, and termination decisions for positions underneath the hierarchy. Lead and execute floor changes, sales, and promotional events timely, supervise opening and closing procedures, and resolve consumer concerns consistent with company policy. Partner on elevated consumer issues to ensure satisfaction. This full-time role at Levi's Birkenhead store requires a manager driven by a passion for fashion and leadership to shape store culture and maximize performance. - Demonstrate strong business acumen through understanding organisational objectives
- Manage training process for new hires and current employees
- Demonstrate effective execution of all performance management tools
- Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath hierarchy
- Responsible for leading and executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectively
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures
- Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed
- Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind
- Partner with District Manager on elevated consumer issues
