Job Summary
Store Manager in Cambridge, United Kingdom responsible for achieving store P&L targets, optimizing profit opportunities, motivating and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, and managing costs and store operations (stock, payroll, admin, and rota planning). Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, analyzing commercial data to drive actions, supporting team trainings with product knowledge, and recruiting/inducting high-caliber staff passionate about denim. Required Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience in retail or similar environment
