Job Summary
Store Manager at PacSun in Lehigh Valley oversees store operations and implements directives across product, visual standards, and marketing to optimize customer experience and sales. Responsibilities include prioritizing and delegating tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs; building product confidence through staff education; maintaining a clean, replenished store and stockroom; delivering engaging customer experiences; driving sales performance and achieving shrinkage/expense goals; managing payroll/tools to drive topline results; executing digital sales strategies (ship from store, BOPIS); coaching and developing management and associate teams; and collaborating with leadership to ensure alignment with brand strategies. Requirements include a passion for fashion and brand fundamentals, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills, with several years of retail and management experience; travel for meetings/workshops may be necessary; weekends/nights/holiday periods flexibility. A four-year college degree or equivalent is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate the ability to interpret policies, manage performance, and uphold PacSun standards.
Required Qualifications
