Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and motivate staff to provide superior service. Oversee product sales, register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and in-store order fulfillment. Ensure accuracy of seasonal staging, product merchandising, and inventory orders. Schedule effective staff shifts, coordinate store meetings and events, and maintain compliance and loss prevention standards. Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees. Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of experience in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility (ex-growth from associate level to shift lead/assistant manager)
- strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills
- proficient Computer skills such as email use and management, Microsoft 365, data entry and spreadsheets, and POS
- reliable with a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability
- quality-minded with keen attention to detail
- proactive and efficient
- passionate about chocolate
