Store Manager l

Store Manager responsible for staffing, training, and developing staff, delivering legendary customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and executing marketing programs to drive sales and margins. The role includes recruiting, coaching, performance management, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and ensuring health, safety, and sanitation standards across a C Store with a QSR component, under guidance from Area Managers and support staff; success measured by sales throughput, KPI achievement, and cost controls while delivering engaging customer experiences.
