Store Manager

Store Manager at Kohl’s responsible for overall store leadership, delivering exceptional customer experience, driving sales and profitability, and developing the store team. Responsibilities include recruiting and hiring decisions, payroll planning and scheduling, performance management, training on culture and selling practices, inventory control and loss prevention, merchandising and visual presentation, ensuring adherence to policies, and achieving KPIs through strategic decision-making and leadership of associates. Must manage multiple tasks, coach and develop talent, and maintain strong operational standards including staffing, scheduling, and store analytics to meet financial plans and provide a compelling store experience.
