Job Summary
Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance, including scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. Lead, develop, and motivate the team, implement strategies to drive sales and meet goals in a competitive market, and collaborate with leadership to coach a high-performing staff that grows the company’s market share by selling to groups and store customers. Drive business results by analyzing trends, manage expenses and payroll, foster customer relationships with local healthcare providers, maintain exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor, continuously develop team members through feedback, coaching, and performance management, and promote brand awareness through networking. Recruit top talent and ensure compliance with company policies, maintain strong visual merchandising, and lead with the Kindthread Core Values to sustain a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Possess in-depth retail expertise
- Have at least 4-6 years of experience managing a retail store as a store manager or relevant experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
- Strong understanding of business operations, including P&L, budgeting, payroll, and retail KPIs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work a 40 hour work week
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff; maintain high-performance culture
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with local healthcare providers and drive store traffic
- Commitment to company policies and professional image
- Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
