Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overall leadership, sales growth, customer experience, and daily retail showroom operations. Drives revenue and profitability, leads a high-performing team, oversees staffing, scheduling, policy compliance, merchandising, inventory flow, credit operations, and financial performance including P&L, payroll, and expenses. Leads by example through active customer engagement, coaching and development, and executing marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand awareness. Maintains strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer service and a consistent sales process. Requires flexible scheduling, heavy store presence, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; bilingual ability may be advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Prior Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing store performance
- Experience with team leadership, coaching, and employee development
- Familiarity with credit/collections processes and compliance standards preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- Willingness to work 45–50+ hours per week based on business needs
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds as needed and support showroom operations
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) ability may be a plus based on specific store staffing needs
