Job Summary
Store Manager for the Keystone Indianapolis location responsible for day-to-day retail operations, sales and service excellence, team leadership, and store-wide operational execution. Drives KPIs and profitability by managing P&L, budgets, inventory/shrink, and staffing. Implements product and visual merchandising directives, analyzes customer profiles and buying trends, and coordinates with HQ on merchandising and opportunities. Plans and executes in-store events, CRM campaigns, and marketing initiatives to foster repeat business, while supporting openings, remodels, and pop-ups. Recruits, trains, and mentors staff to meet client-service standards; oversees scheduling, HR tasks, and compliance. Maintains store cleanliness and organization and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays. Experience in retail leadership, client services, merchandising, and HR functions is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail store management
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a client services related capacity
