Job Summary
Store Manager leads all store operations, partner development, and customer experience to drive performance and uphold brand standards. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team; coaching Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Baristas; delivering exceptional customer service and beverage quality; managing daily operations, scheduling, and compliance; controlling costs, inventory, and waste; analyzing reports to improve profitability; executing promotions and new product initiatives; and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere aligned with Starbucks values and community engagement. Key skills: leadership, coaching, financial acumen, operations management, customer service excellence, problem-solving, and strong communication. Requires ability to manage in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and flexible availability.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or food/beverage required; Starbucks experience strongly preferred.
