Job Summary
Store Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of a single Kay Jewelers store to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team member growth. Through personal selling, leadership, and coaching, the SM will foster a People First store environment that emphasizes diversity and inclusion and builds life-long customer relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Education Required: Minimum of 2 years of college preferred
- Experience: at least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience
- Preference: Diamond Council of America (DCA) certified
- Technical/Other Skills: Advanced communication skills, proficient with MS Office and related business tools
- Ability to train and develop staff; strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage store operations and schedules
- Bilingual skills are a plus
