Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of college preferred
- at least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience
- Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with MS Office and related tools
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise,” setup to meet deadlines
- Bilingual skills are a plus
