Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Kay Jewelers store, driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and brand representation. Leads and coaches staff, delivers a best-in-class customer experience, develops talent, ensures adherence to company policies, and coordinates marketing and visual merchandising initiatives. Requires experience in retail sales with leadership responsibilities, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of college preferred
- 3 years of retail sales experience or 2 years plus 1-year retail management experience
- Diamond Council of America (DCA) certified preferred
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with MS Office and related business tools
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage schedules, training, and staff development
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Bilingual skills are a plus
