Job Summary
Store Manager at Kay Jewelers Baytown leads day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and brand representation. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of college preferred
- 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience
- Preference for candidates with specialty retail or jewelry experience
- Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Bilingual skills are a plus
