Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for day-to-day store operations and delivering a compelling customer experience. You will coach and empower a team to work safely, manage rosters to ensure coverage, oversee budgets and maximise sales and profit through inventory control and visual merchandising, and develop processes for continuous improvement. You’ll lead a team of over 50, engage with the local community, and drive capability development across the store while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires flexibility to work rotational rosters, public holidays, and weekends, and a commitment to an inclusive, diverse workplace. Background and qualification checks may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Experience in big box retail or multi-site leadership
- Experience in coaching and developing others
- Experience in budgeting and profit growth
- Ability to manage inventory and merchandising
- Strong safety awareness and compliance
- Ability to work flexible rostering including weekends and holidays
