Job Summary
Guide and mentor a team of Front Counter staff, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, and Apprentices while recruiting, retaining, and cultivating top-tier talent. Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management to drive real business outcomes with autonomy in decision-making and cost control. Thrive under pressure by prioritizing tasks to ensure impeccable customer experiences, lead by example in safety protocols, and drive sales to customers and within a B2B context. This role offers a salary range of $75,650 to $79,655 per year, includes extended health and dental benefits, and provides access to internal mobility programs and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. as required
- Commitment to fostering a safe work environment by promoting the use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols
- Candidates considered for the role must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
- A Canadian Criminal Record Check may be required for certain positions as part of the final stages of the hiring process
Desired Qualifications
- Possess at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
