Store Manager responsible for direct supervision and development of the store team, leading sales growth and loss-prevention initiatives. Role includes setting strategies, goals, and communication plans to teams, upholding store standards and safety, recruiting and building a high-performance team, and contributing to career growth opportunities within a dynamic, inclusive company culture.
