Job Summary
Lead the store team daily by coaching staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training while maintaining daily store operations and working hands-on on the sales floor. Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager as the primary point of contact for all store matters. This role operates within a 35-hour week featuring flexible roosters with a minimum of one weekend day.
