Job Summary
Lead the store team as the primary point of contact, coaching staff daily and driving sales performance through actionable plans. Maintain a pristine retail environment while working the floor to model best practices. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a motivated workforce. Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure a customer-centric experience and meet weekly targets. Work a 35-hour week with flexible rosters including at least one weekend day.
