Job Summary
Lead the store alongside a Deputy Store Manager, ensuring 100% readiness for sales and customers while guiding and training the sales team on JYSK leadership principles. Drive decisions on sales indicators, set objectives, and motivate the team to achieve targets. Execute store concepts and routines, recruit new staff, and train existing team members. Demonstrate physical work ethic by modeling sales and performing routine tasks. Manage the team with a calm, resolute approach during adverse situations to maintain a positive work environment. Requires at least three years of experience leading sales teams, a Vocational Training Degree, and full availability for rotating shifts. Offers flexible hours, private health insurance, and internal competitions.
