Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for personal and store sales, leading a team of up to 15 direct reports, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting revenue goals. Oversees operations, recruitment and development, budgeting and P&L, merchandising and brand advocacy, and adherence to company standards. Requires strategy execution, staff training, scheduling, and coordinating promotions/events to optimize store performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and strong interpersonal, analytical, and financial-mundane skills are necessary to drive profitability and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in a business unit with a sales retail emphasis
