Store Manager

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory control. Oversee the front-of-house team to ensure customer service standards are met and resolve guest issues promptly. Handle financial responsibilities such as cash handling, sales reporting, and expense reconciliation. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and manage vendor relationships for coffee supplies. Schedule and coordinate shift rotations for part-time and full-time employees.
