Store Manager at JD Sports responsible for leading the store in sales performance, visual standards, and customer service; building and coaching a team; scheduling; inventory management; end-to-end e-commerce order processing; shrinkage reduction; bank deposits and store expenses; payroll coordination; and collaborating with HR to fill staff, while maintaining brand standards and driving local events.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Strong background in leadership and building teams
- Comfortable and confident in making business-critical decisions
- Must be a fashion, sportswear or footwear enthusiast
- Must be able to multitask & manage time independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data analysis and building Excel reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented
- Strong proficiency in IOS based programs and products
- Strong proficiency in Excel & other MS Office programs
