Job Summary
Lead the store team by driving sales targets, developing staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service across all retail operations. Manage daily facets of retail management while maintaining operational excellence in a seven-day-a-week environment with flexible hours. This role sits within JB Hi-Fi's broader retail group, supporting the company's mission to provide better ways for people to live, learn, work, and play through technology, electronics, and appliances.
