Job Summary
Lead store operations by developing partnerships with management, home office staff, and vendors while prioritizing customer service and team leadership. Facilitate coaching and training for team members on assigned tasks, manage daily paperwork, control inventory, and oversee store maintenance. Ensure team member accountability through performance-based raises and maintain a comfortable work environment. Requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. An associate degree or two years of related experience is preferred.
