Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations in Whitakers, NC, including staffing, training, performance evaluations, inventory control, cash handling, merchandising, and customer service. Lead recruiting and development of staff, ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company policies, manage opening/closing procedures, monitor sales and inventory trends, and uphold store presentation and security standards. Required Qualifications
