Job Summary
Store Manager position at Dollar General in Victor, MT. Oversees all store processes including staffing, training, performance evaluations, inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and safety/compliance. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining qualified employees, training and evaluating staff, managing scheduling and store opening/closing, monitoring sales and operational metrics, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-focused store environment. Required Qualifications
