Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store employees and store processes, including staffing, training, evaluations, and adherence to safety, security, and cash-control procedures. Duties include recruiting and retaining staff, training, performance management, scheduling, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales and inventory data, ensuring proper merchandising and pricing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with emphasis on customer service, merchandising execution, and store compliance; bilingual Spanish skills may be preferred. Strong preference for a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail management experience.
Required Qualifications
