Job Summary
STORE MANAGER in Uniontown, OH at Dollar General. Responsible for the management of all store employees, planning and implementing store processes (ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support), recruiting and training staff, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring proper staffing and opening/closing routines, managing inventory and cash control, driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising and customer service, enforcing safety and company policies, and maintaining a clean, secure store while coordinating with store leadership and corporate policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred
