Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in training for management responsibilities, including employee training and development, scheduling shifts, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring profits, assisting with audits, stocking merchandise, and overseeing guest transactions to ensure hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
- Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
