Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities, including training and development of employees, scheduling shifts, resolving customer issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include assisting with audits, proper merchandise stocking, overseeing guest transactions, and monitoring profits. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with one year of supervisory experience preferred. Successful completion of certification testing is necessary upon employment.
