Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including employee training and development, scheduling, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with regulations, assist with audits, manage merchandise placement, and oversee customer transactions. Monitor profits and other operational metrics to enhance store performance. High School Diploma or GED is required, along with successful completion of certification testing. Signing on experience supervising staff in relevant sectors is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

- All offers of employment are subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check, completion of an ABLE Commission approved training program, and the issuance of an employee’s license within fourteen (14) days of initial employment for Oklahoma Applicants.
