Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with employee training and development, scheduling shifts, and resolving customer concerns. Ensure compliance with regulations, manage store audits, and oversee guest transactions. Monitor profit through end-of-day procedures and stock audits. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and the successful completion of certification testing; one year of supervisory experience in relevant sectors is preferred. Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
- Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

- All offers of employment are conditional and subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check and the issuance of an alcohol server’s certificate within thirty (30) days of employment in New Mexico.
- No offer of employment will be extended to those who have been adjudged guilty of supplying alcohol to a minor under the New Mexico Liquor Control Act.
- All offers of employment are subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check, completion of an ABLE Commission approved training program, and the issuance of an employee’s license within fourteen (14) days of initial employment in Oklahoma.
