Store Manager in Training

Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store operations. Schedule employees for shifts and resolve store issues, including customer concerns. Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements. Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise. Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality for all store guests. Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste. Requires a high school diploma or GED and one year supervising experience in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation. Successful completion of required certification testing is mandatory.
