Store Manager in Training

Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities, including training and development of employees and scheduling shifts. Resolve store issues, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee hospitality for all guests by managing timely transactions. Conduct audits, place and stock merchandise, and monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste. Complete required certification testing upon employment. This role supports fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operations with a focus on operational excellence and team growth.
