Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, perform merchandising strategies to support sales growth, and manage store inventory and assets. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences over a 16-week self-paced training program to develop leadership skills. Support the store as a management team member, lead colleagues consistently with CVS values, and engage them in support of the company's purpose. Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED

- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A high school diploma or GED is required
